Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Consumer Automotive Reports ships merchandise to locations within the United States and US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Consumer Automotive Reports ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Due to the high volume of orders, please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery on orders shipped within the United States.

Sales Tax
Consumer Automotive Reports charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web Site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure you complete satisfaction. If you retract your decision, contact us immediately. Customer is free to return product in unopened condition, in its original unopened packaging for a refund of purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee plus printing, shipping and handling costs. All returns must be received by Consumer Automotive Reports within 10 business days of original shipment. Refunds will be posted within 10 business days of receipt and confirmation of returned unopened product. Due to the sensitive nature of the information provided in our products we are unable to offer a refund for any products/packages/paperwork that have been opened. All Membership program sales are final and are not eligible for a refund. We must enforse this policy or individuals may read/study our information than ask for a refund after retaining our information.

Payment Plans
All Members who choose a payment plan will have a 10 day grace period from date of invoice to make payment. In order for us to serve you we must have Membership funding. Payment plans are customized to meet our Members financial needs. If a payment is missed and goes beyond the grace period the customer may go into payment default "Meaning" whatever money has been paid in thus far toward your membership will be applied to the customized Membership and you will continue to have support in the aspects of the program you choose. This is limited. You may not be eligible for upgrade. List of items that over ride payment default are as follows: Proof of Death In The Family, Loss of Income, Medical Emergency, or any other tragedy that we deem as crucial. Contact us so we may evaluate whether or not the situation has merit. We do care & we will do whatever we can to help you in a crisis.
